HISTORY :

Matcha green tea comes from Japan. It is grown in the Nishio region in the Aichi prefecture.

It is a finely ground green tea, which is mainly used for the Japanese tea ceremony (the

Chanoyu) since the 16th century. It has long been considered by the samurai as a natural

natural medicine. It is the only tea where the whole leaf is consumed.

PROPERTIES :
