HISTORY :

Celery loves water and therefore spontaneously settles on the banks of streams or in damp soil. Its Latin name indicates its preference for "growing in water". All parts of the vegetable plant are harvested and used for food: leaves, stems and seeds.

PROPERTIES :

Celery is a slimming food, low in calories and high in fibre. This will motivate you to eat it more regularly. COOKING :
