And to give you an example of a quick and easy recipe using our spice mix, find out how to make a tuna steak a real delicacy from the sea: Cut some nuts into small pieces and mix them with a few tablespoons of our fish spice mix. Dip your tuna steak in flour and then in an egg beaten into an omelette.

Roll each tuna steak in the crushed nuts/spice mixture, then fry in a pan greased with a tablespoon of olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.

Add salt and pepper to taste. For a more delicious meal, we recommend serving with ratatouille and rice.
