HISTORY :
Cressonnette is none other than meadow cress. It is in the same category as cabbage. It germinates very easily, hence its frequent cultivation by any average gardener. In cooking, its leaves are mixed with other types of salad greens or the seeds of the cress are used.

Watercress seeds are a reservoir of nutrients and vitamins: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamins B1, B2 and B3, iron, calcium, phosphorus.
